Does a relative or partner have an illness, which may be leaving you frustrated, sad or angry?
I can arrange and facilitate a group wth like minded others, to talk about how they are managing caring or just watching someone who is poorly and being totally out of their control.

Hello, I am looking into starting small group workshops for and up to 4 people, just male and female groups at a time.
Have you been effected by a partner, relative or friend having to live with a life limiting illness? Those with the ailment do need support however, also the people supporting them also needs similar support;

2015 has been a rather busy time for myself, in a good productive way.
Some events which has happened has brought to the surface of how I feel about starting to offer Group Workshops.

Very sad to hear about Robin Williams taking his own life last weekend.
I feel so very sad that he made the choice to do so.
It is so important for us all to feel that, there is always someone to listen to you, to give you some support, please never be afraid to talk to someone about any sad thoughts you may be feeling, it may just help you feel better.
